I can't give you an exact price because Bing is only stating 3-10% cash back and I'm not sure which would apply here.  Hopefully 10%!  I can't order yet and find out for you since sizes 3, 4, 5, and 6 are temporarily out of stock.  I will post when they become available.

There is a $14.97 rebate here.  The rebate will take a while to come.  It looks as if they are offering you Parent magazine but if you read the bottom paragraph you can opt for the money instead.
